If a booking request has expired why my money are not available?
If the Host fails to answer your booking request within 24 hours, the booking request is considered expired and therefore no longer valid.
Upon the expiration Be Mate releases immediately the total amount of the booking request and the amount will be refunded in your bank account within hours.
Sometimes this process might take longer because some banks withhold this amount up to five days. We recommend to get in contact with us if after 5 working days the amount is not yet available in your bank account.
